One of the things I like best about Alexa is that it’s not just useful, it’s also fun. The developers clearly have a sense of humour (despite Alexa’s bad jokes) and, as you might expect from people involved in creating an AI chatbot, they also seem to have some geeky interests. As a result, there are a large number of science fiction related Easter Eggs (hidden or not-so-secret commands) in the system.
In this post I’ll share my list of the sci-fi film and TV related questions and commands you can put to Alexa. I’m not giving you her replies – I don’t want to ruin the fun so this is a spoiler-free list.
Remember to precede all of these with “Alexa…” or your command word.
